- Mandarin Oriental, Boston debuts new restaurant, ‘Ramsay’s Kitchen’ by Gordon Ramsay. Mandarin Oriental, Boston and Gordon Ramsay North America announced the opening of Ramsay’s Kitchen, an all-new dining concept by multi-Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay. In addition to the restaurant, guests of the hotel will have access to Ramsay Kitchen menu items through in-room dining services. - PDA Pizza at The Hugh is thinking outside the (pizza) box. PDA Slice Shop is teaming up with fellow restaurants at The Hugh this month, kicking off their ongoing pizza collaboration series, which will feature new pies every two weeks. First up, PDA will be collaborating with homestyle Pakistani concept, BK Jani, on a Spicy Chicken slice, with marinated grilled chicken, fontina cheese, mint chutney, garlic, and red onion (available March 1-13). After that will be the Clam Pie from Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. (March 14-27). - March cocktail specials at Seely’s Mill. Stop by the bar at Seely’s Mill at The Beeman Hotel in Dallas, Texas, to indulge in one of their specialty cocktails this month. The Beeman’s Knees features Texas gin, elderflower liqueur, house-made local honey simple syrup, and fresh lemon. Perhaps the Cozmosis is more your style with its refreshing peach vodka, pomegranate liqueur, pineapple, and sparkling wine. Now that’s the spirit!
- A Knead to Know Event. In collaboration with Executive Chef Robert Newton, Thompson Savannah’s Bar Julian continues their Knead to Know chef series. Beginning March 1, Newton will be collaborating with Husk’s Chef Christopher Hathcock, offering a Nduja Pizza with HUSK Nduja, GA shrimp, sea beans, caramelized onions, and ricotta. This month, a portion of proceeds from the pizza sales will support Renegade Paws Pet Rescue. Stop by Bar Julian to taste this exclusive pizza and support a worthy cause throughout the month.
