If you know us, you know that there are few things we love more than a good glass of wine. That’s one of the many reasons we’re thrilled to be working with VIVANT, the first interactive wine experience platform streaming live and on-demand from wine regions around the world, and Château de Pommard, a historic estate in Burgundy that houses France’s only fully sustainable vineyards.
And, there’s lots to talk about. We’re working closely with VIVANT and Château de Pommard to promote their engaging live experiences and tastings, biodynamic wines, world-class certified Wine Advisors, and the restoration of Burgundy’s 300-year old Château de Pommard.
“It is an honor to be working with both VIVANT and Château de Pommard, two forward-thinking and mission-driven brands, as we continue to expand our growing portfolio of clientele in the wine and spirits space. We look forward to introducing both brands to a wider audience domestically and highlighting their extensive virtual programming and community — specifically their devotion to healthy environmental practices and biodynamic wines,” said B+B’s founder Jennifer Baum.
For those who aren’t quite ready to travel, VIVANT offers an expansive collection and calendar of it’s-just-like-you’re-there virtual experiences designed for wine-lovers of all levels. A pioneer of immersive, virtual experiences, VIVANT has cracked the code and has made learning about wine approachable, entertaining, and convenient. Expert wine advisors are brought straight to members’ homes teaching participants how to evaluate wines just like professionals with VIVANT’s Interactive Tasting Method. Unique Tasting Kits that feature only sustainable, organic, and biodynamic wines that are free from pesticides and herbicides accompany each experience.
Château de Pommard, on the other hand, invites global travelers ready for an IRL wine education experience to visit and learn from the best: the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). These professionals will guide eager students through different tastings, including the purest expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from villages along the Route des Grands Crus.
The estate also features wines produced exclusively through biodynamic viticulture and will soon launch its first vintage. From grape to glass, guests experience Clos Marey-Monge, a geological marvel, and seven different clay and limestone-rich plots, now protected as one of the world heritage Climats of Burgundy by UNESCO. Soon, visitors will be able to stay at the Château and experience all it has to offer.
If you need us, we’ll be raising a glass of biodynamic wine and booking our flights to France. À votre santé!
